Dependent Care FSA (DCFSA)

What expenses are DCFSA eligible?

You can use your DCFSA to pay for a wide range of child and adult care services. For example, eligible costs include:

  • Before/after school programs
  • Preschool
  • Summer camp (day camp)
  • Daycare (adult or child)

Please note that your dependent must be age 13 and under, or an adult living in your home for whom you have custodial care.

Some ineligible costs, on the other hand, include:

  • Overnight camps
  • Kindergarten (some exceptions)
  • Private school tuition
  • Housekeeping

If you are uncertain whether or not a cost is eligible for reimbursement, please contact us by clicking "Submit a request" in the top right corner of this page. We will be happy to help.
