I ordered a physical card, but it never arrived

After you order your physical card through the app:

You can typically expect it to arrive 7-10 business days from the time of order – this varies just a bit depending on location across states.

If you are still not seeing it after that time period, please verify the physical address you would like it sent to!

 

If you still don't see it in that time frame:

  • Tap on the physical card
  • Double-check the address entered for shipping details

If everything looks correct, but you still haven't received a card, please contact Support by clicking on "Submit a request" in the top right corner of this page and someone from our team will help you out.
