Ordering a physical HSA card

Ordering a physical HSA card is easy! It follows the same instructions as requesting a regular card.

How to order a physical HSA card:

  1. Open your Benepass mobile app
  2. Navigate to the HSA tab on the home screen
  3. Tap on the purple card you see displayed, and swipe left
  4. Click "Request Physical Card"
  5. Enter the address where the card should be shipped

The card should be delivered within 1-2 weeks!
You will need to activate it once it arrives since these are shipped out as "inactive" for security reasons -- note that you will not be able to activate until you actually have it in our possession. 


To order an additional HSA card for a family member:

Just repeat the process by swiping left an additional time.

If you are not seeing this option, please contact us and confirm the shipping address that you would like this card sent to, and we can order one manually for you. The best way to reach us is by clicking "Submit a request" in the top right corner of this page.

Please note that the cards will still list your name (as the main user that is associated with your account), but your spouse or additional qualifying dependent will be able to use it as needed.
