What is Benepass?

Who we are

Benepass is a benefits card for modern companies. We help companies take care of their employees  through pre-tax benefits and company-funded stipends all on a single card and mobile app. Our goal is to help your employer provide you with easy access to flexible benefits that really add value, and help you actually spend those benefits on things you care about. 

What we do

Employer-paid stipends (also referred to as perks), such as:

  • Wellness
  • Family Support
  • Professional Development
  • Food/Lunch
  • Other custom benefits designed in partnership with your employer

Tax-advantaged benefits (also referred to as pre-tax benefits), such as:

  • Health Savings Account (HSA)
  • Health Care Flexible Spending Account (HCFSA)
  • Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account (DCFSA)
  • Limited Purpose Flexible Spending Account (LPFSA)
  • Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA)
  • Commuter (Parking/Transit) Benefits

Each employer chooses which benefits to offer their employees, so your experience with Benepass and your benefits will be unique to you! 

How we do it

We issue all Benepass users a Visa card that you can use to make eligible purchases anywhere that accepts Visa. If allowed by your employer's program, you can also make eligible purchases on your personal card, and submit an expense for reimbursement.
