Ordering a physical card

You can start spending your Benepass benefits right away using your virtual card, but if you live in the US you can also order a physical card if you’d like. Once you've received and activated your physical card, you can use either your virtual or physical card interchangeably!

Here's how to order a physical card

  • Once you've logged into your Benepass account, click your virtual card.

    Click the blue "Request Physical Card" button in the bottom right.

    Enter (and double-check!) the address where you'd like your card to be sent, and click "Send Card to Address."
  • Once you've logged into your Benepass account, tap your virtual card.

    Swipe left until you see a blank card, and a button in the middle of your screen that says "Request Physical Card.

    Enter (and double-check!) the address where you'd like your card to be sent, and click "Send Card to Address."

Your card should arrive in 1-2 weeks (if you haven't received it after 2 weeks, let us know by clicking "Submit a request" in the top right corner of this page). 

 

Once you receive your card, here's how to activate it: 

  • Once you've logged in, click the card with the same last 4 digits as your new physical card.

    Confirm that the last 4 digits in your app and on your physical card match, then click "Activate."

  • Tap your virtual card, then swipe left to see your physical card.

If you have questions or need help activating your card, reach out by clicking "Submit a request" in the top right corner of this page – be sure to include the last 4 digits of your physical card.
