There are different steps we can take to fix this issue. If you are experiencing problems connecting to your mobile wallet, follow these steps:
- Click on "submit a ticket request" in the top right corner of this page and someone from our support team will help you out. Please make sure to provide us with your phone number, including the country code. Then, we will add it to your card's information, which should allow you to add your Benepass card without any further issues.
- Try again and be sure to check both your email and phone messages for a one-time verification passcode from Google Pay, Apple Wallet or Samsung Pay. The verification code could be sent either through phone messages or email, so please be sure to check both.
If you are still not able to add your Benepass card, let us know through another ticket request submission so that we can try some more troubleshooting on our end, and in the meantime, please also reach out to Google Pay, Apple Wallet or Samsung Pay support, since this might be an issue that they need to resolve from their end.
