Activate your physical Benepass Card (US only)

For security reasons, all physical cards from Benepass are mailed in inactive status. In order to use your new physical card, it must first be activated.

Once you receive your card, here's how to activate it: 

On Desktop:

  1. Once you've logged in, go to the right-hand side menu where you will see your cards, and click on the three dots. This will open up the "See card details" menu. Click on it.Screen Shot 2022-09-29 at 2.53.26 PM.png

  2. The first card you will see is your virtual card, which is active by default, so you will need to scroll to the right using the arrow to find your physical card.Screen Shot 2022-09-29 at 2.54.03 PM.png

  3. Once you find it, confirm the last 4 digits are the same as your new physical card and scroll down to click on "Activate card"

  4. You'll see the status of the card change to Active shortly. Now you're set to spend! 

On Mobile:

  1. Once you've logged in, you will see your cards from the main menu. Scroll to the right to find the right one and tap on it to display it.

  2. Confirm that the last 4 digits in your app and on your physical card match, then click "Activate."
