When you access the main Benepass page on our desktop app, your dashboard will look something like this:
Each benefit you're enrolled in has an individual row on your main dashboard. Depending on your benefits program, you may have recurring benefits, which means you'll have contributions and expirations impact your account at specific cadences.
Your current benefit balance is seen under "Remaining." This amount indicates the amount of funds you have available to spend!
If you have a recurring benefit, this means that you receive contributions from your employer at set cadences. You can see when your next contribution is set to deposit under this column!
Some recurring benefits operate on use-it-or-lose-it rule, meaning part or all of your available balance will expire when a certain date passes. You can view upcoming expirations in the "Expirations" column, letting you know how much time you have left to use up your remaining balance.
